Q:What are the check-in and check-out times?

A:Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is ~11:00.

Q:When will the cancellation fee be charged?

A:Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
On the day of stay: 100% of the room charge.
The day before: 100% of the room charge.
7 days prior: 80% of room charge.
14 days prior: 50% of room charge.

Q:Up to what age can my child sleep with me for free?

A:If a preschool child sleeps with an adult in the same bed, there is no charge for the child.
Children using beds only or children of school age sleeping with an adult will be charged the same room rate as an adult.

Q:Is smoking allowed?

A:All rooms are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).

Q:Is early check-in or late check-out available?

A:Please contact Accommodation Reservations. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the availability on the day of your stay.

Q:Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A:Please note that we can only accommodate one couple per day, so we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability on the day of your reservation.

Q:Do you accept credit cards or electronic money?

A:We accept VISA, Master, JCB, and American Express credit cards. Electronic money is not accepted.

Q:How can I get there from the station?

Q:Is there parking available?

A:Please use coin-operated parking in the neighborhood.
